Terms of Service

EventHouseLA provides professional property sourcing, coordination, and booking services for luxury estates and event locations, including:

• Researching and presenting suitable properties based on client criteria.
• Coordinating directly with property owners, management teams, and city offices.
• Scheduling and managing site visits and showings.
• Negotiating rates, terms, and availability.
• Preparing and circulating rental agreements and related documentation.
• Facilitating communication between clients and ownership.
• Holding and reserving properties during the review and confirmation process.

The estates represented by EventHouseLA are privately held and require coordination with multiple parties, including owners, management teams, and security personnel. Scheduling a showing can often be a multi-day process involving availability checks, insurance verification, and on-site preparations. Clients are asked to provide flexible date options and advance notice for all viewing requests.

EventHouseLA's service fees ensure fair compensation for time and coordination efforts. All fees listed below are fully credited toward the final rental total once a booking is completed through EventHouseLA.

All fees are credited toward the final booking.

For longer projects, a one-time $1,500 Engagement Fee is due at project kickoff.

• Commercial Venue Search — $1,100 (credited toward booking)
• Destination Private Estate Search | All Cities — $750 (credited toward booking)
• Event Permit Fee — $850

Add-On Services

• Mega Deep Search — $750 (credited toward booking)

All service fees credited toward booking are applied in full toward the final venue booking contract unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Site visit fees apply to all scheduled showings and are non-refundable, including cancellations prior to the scheduled time. Site visit fees remain fully creditable toward a future booking through EventHouseLA.

Invoices are due upon receipt and payable via wire transfer, ACH, or credit card. Unpaid invoices more than twenty (20) days past due may incur a 5% late fee.

• Provide accurate event details, dates, guest counts, and project requirements.
• Respond promptly to requests for information needed to coordinate properties and bookings.
• Review all property details, agreements, and requirements prior to booking.
• See Non-Circumvention section below.

Client agrees not to directly or indirectly contact, negotiate with, book, lease, license, or otherwise engage any property, owner, management company, venue operator, or related party introduced by EventHouseLA without EventHouseLA's prior written consent.

An introduction includes providing property information, photos, addresses, owner information, arranging communications, scheduling site visits, or facilitating negotiations.

This obligation remains in effect for twenty-four (24) months following the introduction.

If Client breaches this provision, Client shall pay EventHouseLA the greater of:

• (a) 15% of the total rental, venue, and related event fees; or
• (b) $10,000.

Client shall also be responsible for reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs incurred in enforcing this provision.

By engaging EventHouseLA to source, coordinate, or facilitate event properties, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.

By requesting property options, site visits, owner approvals, draft agreements, date holds, or other services from EventHouseLA, Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any dispute arising from these Terms or EventHouseLA's services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
